SIA GovSummit – hosted annually by the Security Industry Association (SIA) – is the nation’s premier government security conference connecting government, security and technology. Each year, GovSummit brings together government security leaders with private industry technologists for top-quality information sharing and education on security topics affecting federal, state and local agencies. This year’s SIA GovSummit will be held May 21-22 in downtown Washington, D.C.

On May 21 at SIA GovSummit, SIA will present the SIA Women in Biometrics Awards and recognize this year’s honorees. The SIA Women in Biometrics Awards are a globally recognized program presented by SIA with support from organizational and media partners AVISIAN, Biometric Update and SIA’s Identity and Biometric Technology Advisory Board and Women in Security Forum and recognizing top female leaders in the biometric identity and security industry.
