Monkeetech joins FIDO Alliance

Monkeetech has just announced its new associate membership to the FIDO Alliance.

The New York-based program development company specializes in mobile wallet security systems and integrated marketing and payment systems, including an iris authentication product.

“We are dedicated and committed to working closely with the FIDO Alliance in the development of new systems of security for credit card and mobile payments” Jeffrey Dinardo, Jr., CEO of Monkeetech said.

Reported previously in BiometricUpdate.com, in June 2013, Monkeetech announced the development or its iris scan biometric credit card fraud prevention system, called EyeWatch.

“Monkeetech’s ultimate goal of promoting, and increasing customer confidence in the use of iris biometrics as a means of providing the highest level of security in credit card and mobile payment transactions, has made our decision to join with The FIDO Alliance, that much easier” Kenneth Carnesi, a Director of Monkeetech said.
