Viscount Systems has announced that its CEO Dennis Raefield will present its biometrics-friendly access control technologies at an invite-only security leadership summit in NYC on June 11, 2014.

According to the company, the event will bring together a group of U.S. security directors, facility managers, cyber security experts, global security leaders and homeland security and law enforcement officials. The event will be keynoted by New York City Police Commissioner William Bratton.

“As one of only four companies to present at this event, Viscount has a great opportunity to showcase our security technology to many of the leading security and law enforcement officials in federal, state and local agencies,” Raefield said. “Our technology is being embraced and deployed by leading federal agencies and we plan to leverage this success into the state and city marketplace as well. This event provides the right venue to reach these decision-makers.”

Reported previously in BiometricUpdate.com, last month, Viscount Systems announced that it had been awarded two new contracts to provide access control solutions for U.S. Federal Government facilities in New York and Louisiana.
