Frontier integrates biometrics with Entertech Systems for Suprema Technology

Frontier Security announced it has partnered with Entertech Systems, the official operating partner for Suprema and its biometric devices in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Puerto Rico .

As a result, Frontier Integrated Platform now supports Suprema’s line of biometric devices, including fingerprint detection, card and PIN readers.

The integration provides seamless enrollment and a choice of biometric templates all within the Frontier system architecture, providing more effective management and the benefit of the access control solution.

“Our mission at Entertech Systems is to ensure our customers can easily overcome the three main obstacles to mainstream adoption of biometric access control – high cost, complexity and difficult user onboarding,” said Entertech Systems CEO Rob Douglas. “That is why we are excited about this new partnership with Frontier Security and our ability to share this value with their robust customer base.”

The Frontier Integrated Platform features a suite of access control software that enable users to perform a range of functions, including video management, alarm management, alarm monitoring, auditing, real-time response, and reporting.

Frontier can now be configured to support the Suprema biometric devices, enabling users to monitor all associated events via Frontier’s interface.

“We are pleased to be partnered with Entertech Systems in providing the Suprema biometric devices to our solution partners,” said Jeremy Krinitt, GM of Frontier Security.

“The Suprema solution and the support we receive from Entertech helps us achieve the goal of delivering a compelling integrated solution to our target markets.”
