Anviz, Megapar install fingerprint identification device at Paraguay airport, biometric time-attendance system at bank

Anviz Global recently partnered with distribution company Megapar Ingenieria SA to provide security solutions for the Silvio Pettirossi International Airport in Asuncion, Paraguay.

The partnership continues the companies’ long-running professional relationship over the past several years in which Anviz Global has provided a series of devices, including biometric-based access control and time-attendance devices to Megapar.

As Paraguay’s busiest airport, Silvio Pettirossi recently underwent significant renovations which called for a much-needed upgrade in security capabilities.

To meet the demands for a security upgrade, Megapar decided to install Anviz Global’s VF30 fingerprint reading device throughout the airport at multiple entry points and other crucial locations.

Once the project was completed in August, Silvio Pettirossi ensured that all of its employees were enrolled in the accurate biometric identification process.

With the VF30, sensitive areas of the Silvio Pettirossi International Airport, such as the airplane hangars, management offices, and security zones have also been integrated with fire protection systems.

In addition to its access control projects, Megapar and Anviz Global have provided Sudameris Bank with time-attendance devices for its multiple branches.

The companies installed Anviz Global’s EP300 devices, which features Anviz’s self-designed and developed AIM software to manage the devices.

With installation being completed on October 1, the EP300 and AIM software has enables Sudameris Bank track the working hours of hundreds of employees at 27 of its branches across Paraguay.
