Aurionpro integrates ValidSoft voice biometrics as an authentication layer

Aurionpro Solutions Ltd. announced it has partnered with ValidSoft to deploy its ‘User Authentication’ voice biometrics solution across their line of digital innovation products and solutions.

Now in full integration phase for several use cases and operational workflows for the banking and financial services industry, Aurionpro is using ValidSoft’s voice biometrics technology for secure authentication and improved user experience across a customer engagement lifecycle.

By integrating ValidSoft as an authentication layer, Aurionpro’s line of Digital Innovation products (which include Digital Branch DX, Queue Management and Digital Signage DX) enable the company to offer a wide range of digital transactions to customers.

ValidSoft’s voice authentication system includes a full and flexible enrolment module that supports multiple enrolment techniques, including app-based, telephony and web based, all of which can be secured.

The system allows organizations to create and deploy multiple enrolment processes that meet the unique needs of their customers.

The partnership also ensures Aurionpro can seamlessly secure multiple digital channels across a business.
