Biometrics and RFID security solutions provider ZKAccess has retained manufacturers’ rep firm Marktek to service the United States mid-Atlantic region.

According to the company website, Marktek, Inc. concentrates quality sales efforts on system products and works in partnership with manufacturers to provide a total marketing program and focus on a limited number of integrated product lines permitting a synergetic presentation. Marktek has over 30 years of experience in the Life Safety & Electronic Security Industry, and its President, Ted Leventhal, also serves as president of the Pennsylvania Regional Automatic Fire Alarm Association.

“As a technology partner, ZKAccess looks forward to working together with Marktek to bring our RFID and biometric fingerprint, facial, and finger-vein readers to the Mid-Atlantic market,” says Larry Reed, CEO, ZKAccess. “Customer service is the hallmark of ZKAccess and it all starts with responsive, knowledgeable and friendly sales representatives. Complementing ZKAccess’ talented internal sales resources, the ZKAccess outside field sales force is comprised of some of the very best manufacturers’ representative (MR) firms available in the security industry today.”

The ZKAccess outside field sales force includes F. M. Valenti (Northeast); Electronic System Products (Southeast); Coaxial Systems Associates (Florida); Innovative Systems Marketing (aka ISM West) (West Coast); Roy E. Kennedy Co. (Midwest); Structured Technologies Group (Illinois & Wisconsin), and; SelectCom Products (Ohio Valley).

ZKAccess has more than 25 field sales personnel complementing its internal sales department to better help customers learn, specify and support the sale of ZKAccess flexible and affordable security solutions. All are knowledgeable on how technology from ZKAccess can uniquely help resellers drive revenue and profit margins, while improving upon the safety and well-being of their end-user customers.

Earlier this year, ZKAccess CEO Larry Reed and COO Manish Dalal met with over 50 ESA members at the recent New Jersey Electronic Security Association (NJESA) Annual Symposium and Expo to educate attendees on new product capabilities using a demo board with live-working access control panels, readers, door locks, REXs and sensors.
