Integrated Biometrics demoed products, launched online toolkit at ID4Africa

Integrated Biometrics announced that it has launched an online resource geared towards the African marketplace.

The biometric equipment manufacturer made the announcement at the ID4Africa Forum and exposition this week in Kigali, Rwanda.

ID4Africa is an annual government meeting that examines issues around identity and social inclusion. The one-of-a-kind event gathered together a large number of representatives from multiple government agencies across Africa to build awareness of identity management solutions as being a prime driver for social and economic development.

Both the event’s programming and exhibit space brought together these officials with vendors and aid agencies to discuss the benefits and potential of identity management systems.

Integrated Biometrics demonstrated its technology in the exhibit space and also focused on the benefits of its online resource. The online toolkit offers news items, Q&A interviews with industry leaders, and case studies on the multiple uses of biometrics technology to advance social and economic growth. The launch coincided with the company’s attendance at the event.

Dave Gerulski, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Integrated Biometrics, showcased his firm’s technology on the trade show floor.

Integrated Biometrics showed African delegates innovative enrollment and verification fingerprint sensors which included its patented LES (light emitting sensor) film that allows for fingerprints to captured in any lighting conditions.
