ZKTeco has reached a joint marketing, reseller, and development agreement with premises management services provider Observables to offer end-to-end access control services to small and mid-size businesses and larger residential security markets.

“Observables users can now enjoy fully integrated, cutting-edge biometric access control with fingerprint scanning, facial recognition, and artificial intelligence,” said Abe Schryer, CEO of Observables. “This integration allows dealers to deliver their customers higher security, simplified installation and many new RMR opportunities.”

Security dealers and end-users will be able to leverage Observables AlwaysON Premises Management Platform and ZKTeco’s seamless access control experience, including two-factor authentication with biometrics, and the ability to securely manage, transfer, and move user credentials, the companies say. The AlwaysON Platform combines the control and management of all IoT, network, and security devices on a premises in a single dashboard and app.

“Observables users can now benefit from both the added security and convenience which only advanced biometric technology uniquely provides,” commented ZKTeco USA President and Founder, Manish Dalal.

ZKTeco recently teamed with Altronix to reduce the installation and labor costs associated with access control integration.
