NIP Global acquired in $30M deal

Biometrics company NIP Global recently agreed to be acquired by Pangea Group Ltd for about $30 million, CTech reports.

NIP Global sells digital and biometric solutions for population registration and border control to government agencies.

Pangea is an Israel-based construction and engineering firm that focuses on energy, transportation and infrastructure projects around the world. NIP’s founder and owner has a minority stake in Pangea.
