Mantra showcasing its biometrics technology at Intersec 2019

 

India-based security and safety solutions provider Mantra is featuring a variety of biometrics-based solutions at the Intersec 2019 conference taking place in Dubai this week.

The company web site notes that the firm offers a variety of solutions including access control, time and attendance, vehicle tracking and visitor management systems. These end-to-end solutions are suitable for any industry requiring access and management controls. Mantra is also an STQC certified manufacturer of biometric products for Aadhaar projects.

Mantra has also announced its intention to launch the Mantra Machine Access Control System which provides biometric security features in machines or equipment. According to the announcement, the system is designed to integrate with medical equipment such as X-ray, CT scan, and MRI machines as well as aviation equipment such as fuel pumps and conveyor operations.

Intersec 2019 opened in Dubai yesterday and features 1,212 exhibitors from 54 countries. The annual three-day event is organized by Messe Frankfurt Middle East, and supported by the Dubai Police, Dubai Police Academy, Dubai Civil Defence, the Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA), and the Dubai Municipality. Biometrics firms Suprema and Matrix are also exhibiting.
