V2verify welcomes Grant Gregory to its board of directors

 

Voice biometrics firm V2verify has announced the addition of DoubleClick co-founder Grant Gregory to its board of directors.

Gregory currently serves as the chairman of Gregory and Hoenemeyer. He retired as chairman of the board after 24 years with Touche Ross & Co. (Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu). His previous board experience includes such companies as Chrysler Corporation, MCI, Renaissance Hotels, and RMG Acquisitions.

“We are pleased to welcome Mr. Gregory to the board,” said CEO and founder Damian De Rozairo. “He brings a depth of experience found in few individuals and V2verify will benefit greatly from his unique perspectives.”

Gregory joins Alexi Wellman and De Rozairo on the board. Wellman currently serves as chief financial and accounting officer of publicly traded investment fund Altaba.
