Fortress Identity announced the close of a new round of financing with Moss & Associates, a national privately held construction firm with a diverse portfolio that includes real estate, hospitality, education, justice and solar energy sectors.

Fortress Identity is a private company headquartered in Miami, Florida that specializes in active and passive biometric identity solutions for Android and iOS mobile devices, Citrix and Microsoft Active Directory environments.

“Moss has always been on the leading edge of technology in its project delivery methods,” explains Chad Moss, EVP at Moss & Associates. “We are always striving to provide the best outcomes for our clients. We’re also committed to giving back to the South Florida community. So, when we saw Fortress Identity’s vision for strengthening the security of mobile banking systems, while improving customer experience, we recognized that they align closely with our work and philanthropic endeavors.”

Fortress Identity‘s CEO Alessandro Chiarini spoke about true multi-factor authentication at the 2019 Visa Latin America and Caribbean Security Summit in March.
