Mitek, IDEMIA and Nuance announce upcoming investor updates

Mitek Systems will release its financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2019 on Wednesday May 1, 2019, after the close of the market. Management will host a conference call and live webcast for analysts and investors the same day at 1:30 p.m. PT. Mitek’s biometric onboarding technology was recently implemented by carsharing marketplace HyreCar.

IDEMIA, the biometric technology supplier to Royal Caribbean Cruises, will present its Q1 2019 financial results to investors on Monday April 29, 2019. CEO Yann Delabrière and CFO Laurent Lemaire will be presenting the financial results and taking questions the same day at 3:30 pm CET.

And finally, Nuance Communications, which was recently named one of the year’s ‘Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality,’ announced it will release results for its second quarter of fiscal 2019 after the market close on Wednesday May 8, 2019. Nuance will provide a copy of prepared conference call remarks in combination with its press release.

In other company news, Nuance has appointed Tracy Krumme as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations. Krumme is based at Nuance’s Burlington, MA headquarters and reports to CFO Dan Tempesta. She has more than 25 years of experience in investor relations, financial communications, investment banking, and equity research and has led investor relations at five public companies, including Luxoft, NCR, CECO Environmental, Fuel Tech, and Hollinger International.
