CCT Solutions integrates LumenVox’s speech and biometric authentication tools

Customer engagement company CCT Solutions has made LumenVox a featured solutions partner to integrate its speech and biometric authentication solutions for an enhanced customer experience, the companies announced.

For the past two decades, CCT Solutions have been developing tools that boost productivity, deliver flawless customer interactions and improve customer relationships, according to the announcement.

CCT Solutions brings to the table a well-rounded integration team and industry experts. With a focus on contact center and automation developments, the company has developed ContactPro, a proprietary solution for omni-channel interactions. CCT Solutions has focused its business operations on the European market where it provides support to Avaya in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, but it has also started building a name for itself in the U.S. by partnering with ConvergeOne.

Under the reseller agreement, CCT is now providing its customers with access to the LumenVox speech and authentication solution suite, including LumenVox Automated Speech Recognizer, Text-to-Speech and Call Progress Analysis, plus active and passive authentication and fraud detection. The company recently updated its biometric authentication suite.

“CCT has demonstrated to us time and again that they are committed to crafting solutions that meet the highest standards of customer service. Their company has an impressive resume, with the ability to serve a myriad of industries,” said Edward Miller, CEO of LumenVox. “With CCT’s expertise and LumenVox’ development of advanced solutions, I have no doubt that we will increase productivity and strengthen security for customers and businesses alike.”

A recent report indicates that speech and voice recognition will be a near-$27 billion market by 2025.
