Gail Gottehrer is the Founder of the Law Office of Gail Gottehrer LLC in Stamford, CT. Her practice focuses on emerging technologies, including autonomous vehicles, AI, biometrics, robots and facial recognition technology, and the privacy and security laws and ethical issues associated with the data collected and used by these technologies. She is one of the few defense lawyers to have been involved in the trial of a class action to verdict before a jury. Gail teaches Law for Knowledge Innovation at Columbia University, and is a member of the State of Connecticut’s Task Force to Study Fully Autonomous Vehicles and the New York State Bar Association’s Task Force on Autonomous Vehicles and the Law. She is also a member of the ITU’s Focus Group on AI for Autonomous and Assisted Driving. Her recent publications include Can States Steer Clear of Liability for Accidents Involving Autonomous Vehicle Technology?, an article published by the American Bar Association. A twenty-year Silicon Valley CMO, Lisa Joy Rosner specializes in helping disruptive companies make their mark. With unique experience serving on leadership teams at both early stage and public companies, Lisa Joy has taken organizations from initial vision to over $20M in ARR, lead major transformations bringing companies back into the black, or scaled businesses to cross the billion dollar revenue mark. She has worked in data and analytics her whole career across business intelligence, e-commerce, social analytics, mar-tech, security, and now in autotech. She started her career at Oracle, Silicon Graphics and Brio, and has been the CMO at BroadVision, MyBuys, NetBase, Neustar and is currently helping to create the global automotive data services platform category for Otonomo.
