Biometrics Institute calls for paper submissions for Asia-Pacific Conference

The Biometrics Institute has just announced the Biometrics Institute Asia-Pacific Conference, to be held May 30-31 2013 in Sydney and has posted a call for academic research papers.

This year’s conference will also include a half-day Academic Conference Session on May 30, 2012. The Biometrics Institute invites submission of abstracts on original work for presentation either as an oral or a poster. Submissions will be reviewed by the Biometrics Institute Expert Groups.

From the Institute’s posting for submissions: “This event is a unique opportunity for you and your research organization/university to present your most recent scientific advances in biometric research and development, to representatives from government, industry and the biometric user section.”

The submission deadline is February 27, 2013 and accepted authors will be notified on May 6, 2013.
