MorphoTrust gets contract for screening and badging at Hawaiian airports

MorphoTrust USA has announced a new contract from Hawaii’s Department of Transportation, Airports Division for screening and badging services at seven major airports in the state.

The specific list of airports includes Honolulu International, Kona International, Hilo International, Kahului, Lanai, Molokai and Lihue.

“MorphoTrust provides essential services that streamline the screening and badging of employees, improving efficiency and convenience by cutting down on processing times and making our airports safer for travelers,” Charles Carroll, SVP for identity services at MorphoTrust said. “This is especially important in Hawaii, where well-staffed airports are essential for inter-island, mainland and international travel.”

Reported previously in BiometricUpdate.com, the TSA has recently also contracted MorphoTrust to provide enrollment services for the TSA Pre-Check program, including at its most recent location in the Nashville International Airport.

The company also previously announced that it had achieved Final Operational Capability for transition of the TSA’s TWIC enrollment operations to the TSA’s new Universal Enrollment Services.
