MorphoTrust USA nabs TSA contracts for enrollment services

The TSA has contracted MorphoTrust USA to provide enrollment services for the TSA Pre-Check program, including at its most recent location in the Nashville International Airport.

Specifically, IdentGO Centers from MorphoTrust – which process biometric information — will be used by the TSA at approximately 300 locations at both on-airport and off-airport enrollment centers. According to the company, MorphoTrust is the authorized enrollment provider for the TSA Pre-Check application program under its Universal Enrollment Services contract with TSA. The UES contract consolidates enrollment and registration services for multiple TSA programs, including the Pre-Check application, TWIC and HME threat assessment programs.

“MorphoTrust has years of experience delivering services that support the vetting of individuals with an emphasis on professionalism and convenience, and we have proudly supported the TSA for more than eight years,” Charles Carroll, senior vice president for identity services at MorphoTrust said. “TSA Pre-Check is an extremely popular program that has enabled millions of trusted travelers to speed through airport screening. MorphoTrust is excited to hep TSA bring this convenience to a larger share of the traveling public, while ensuring security for all travelers.”

Reported previously, MorphoTrust recently announced that it had achieved Final Operational Capability for transition of the TSA’s TWIC enrollment operations to the TSA’s new Universal Enrollment Services. This project also involved the capture of biometric data.
