The Biometrics Institute seminar will address the use of biometrics in the future of trade and commerce, as digital signatures and sign-ons are increasingly becoming the new standard for digital identity authentication.

Hosted by Unisys, the seminar will feature a keynote presentation from Financial Services Club chairman Chris Skinner on the next decade of change in biometrics use in the financial sector.

Other confirmed speakers include Biometrics Institute CEO Isabelle Moeller, Biometrics Institute director and managing director of Cecabank’s cooperation programs Santiago Uriel Arias, Unisys senior engagement director UK Vineet Vijh, Her Majesty’s Passport Office UK CTO Duncan Westland, and a BehavioSec representive.

The seminar will close with a panel discussion entitled “How to realise the promise of Digital Banking without compromising security and increasing fraud”, which will be moderated by John Elliott of Consult Hyperion and will feature a number of financial executives.

There are a limited number of seats available for the seminar and preference will be given to those organizations that have an active involvement in the financial services sector.
