Haganá Security deploys FST Biometrics IMID solutions to boost security infrastructure
FST Biometrics announced it has partnered with Brazilian residential and facility security systems firm Groupo Haganá to develop and produce its In Motion Identification-powered solutions to improve Haganá’s security infrastructure.
FST will initially deploy SIGAH Mobile and SIGAH Fixed to Haganá customers in São Paulo, supplementing the important work of security personnel at critical resident access points.

This incredibly accurate and empowering solution offers an exceptional user experience.”
Modeled after IMID Mobile, SIGAH Mobile is a smartphone application that identifies authorized users.
Additionally, security personnel are alerted to unauthorized individuals seeking entry via their mobile device.
The SIGAH Mobile solution helps combat threats at parking facility entry points, with the security personnel’s smartphone serving as a mobile identification devices.
Security guards can use SIGAH Mobile to accurately verify drivers and passengers entering a Haganá-controlled garage without having to ask them to exit the vehicle .
“The implementation of FST Biometrics’ newly-released IMID Mobile solution with Haganá Security demonstrates a key application of our secure access capabilities,” said Arie Melamed Yekel, CMO of FST Biometrics. “Due to the adaption of IMID Access technology in a challenging security climate, Brazilians are more secure without having to sacrifice comfort.”
FST IMID Access technology will also be deployed at pedestrian entry points, under the brand name of SIGAH Fixed, to accurately and seamlessly identify residents and authorized visitors seeking access to the facility.
Haganá plans to eventually implement the FST Biometrics IMID technology in the hundreds of facilities it serves throughout Brazil.
Previously reported, FST Biometrics recently released two new biometric access control products, including IMID Mobile smartphone application and IMID Rapid portable device.
