FIDO Alliance holding seminar on strong authentication for financial services

 

The FIDO Alliance is hosting an open seminar later this month to discuss key trends in strong authentication for the financial services community and beyond.

The seminar will be held on March 31, 2016, from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the New York City Marriott Downtown. The seminar is free and open to all, including media, but registration is required.

Experts from eBay, Google and Aetna will describe FIDO’s approach to simpler, stronger authentication, and also provide details on some real-world FIDO deployments and use cases.

More than 100 solutions on the market today that have been FIDO Certified, and hundreds of millions of end-users’ web and mobile apps have been FIDO-enabled for strong authentication protection by leading service providers, including Google, PayPal, Samsung, Bank of America, Dropbox and GitHub.
