Enacomm and Advantel partner to offer financial institutions interactive voice response and voice biometrics
Authentication company Enacomm and voice and data solutions provider Advantel have announced a partnership to provide financial institutions with dynamic interactive voice response (IVR) and other technologies for personalized customer interactions.
Advantel will offer AI-powered VPA (virtual personal assistant) banking and the Enacomm Financial Suite (EFS), which includes voice biometrics and customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities, to financial institutions under the partnership.
“Advantel’s team of experts designs, implements and maintains powerful converged solutions for businesses worldwide,” said Enacomm CEO Michael Boukadakis. “Enacomm is proud that our next-generation customer self-service technologies are now part of Advantel’s arsenal. We’re confident that making AI and phone banking available to financial institutions will help open additional doors, with Advantel’s current and prospective customers.”
Enacomm’s IVR solution directs calls with customer intelligence, provides personalization to help with customer retention, and uses context preservation to provide fast self-service, according to the announcement.
“Enacomm’s AI-assisted banking and intelligent IVR are best in class and complement the technologies that already play key roles in the solutions we develop for our customers,” commented Mark Ritchie, President of Advantel. “We’re excited to bring these products to market. AI and machine learning are the future of customer self-service.”
As previously reported, Enacomm signed a reseller agreement with Clinc to deliver its artificial intelligence banking platform to financial institutions in October.
