Auraya upgrades support services for its voice biometrics reseller partners and end-users

Auraya upgrades support services for its voice biometrics reseller partners and end-users

Auraya has added cloud-based customer service software Zendesk to its voice biometrics support services and has also broadened the feature offerings for its sandbox evaluation portal to deliver a frictionless experience for its reseller partners and end-user organizations, the company announced.

By integrating Zendesk, Auraya has switched from the ‘support forum structure’ to a system that lets users submit and track case tickets, have access to a frequently asked questions (FAQs) section and receive real-time updates about product releases and company news. Partners and end-users will benefit with faster responses, the company says in the announcement.

Following upgrades, Cloud.ArmorVox, the company’s sandbox evaluation portal, delivers optimized system performance and suits company branding in appearance. The two platforms are now easier to use, the company says, and make it easier for users to access and deploy Auraya’s ArmorVox and EVA voice biometric capabilities.

Last month, Auraya upgraded its voice biometric fraud detector which enables real-time seamless fraud detection and management.
