ViewSonic partners with Namirial to deliver biometric eSignature solution

ViewSonic has partnered with digital transaction management company Namirial to deliver a behavioral biometric eSignature solution for onboarding and agreement automation for customers in the U.S. and Canada, the company announced.

By pairing Namirial software and ViewSonic hardware, the flexible by design solution collects behavioral biometrics of handwritten signatures to boost electronic signature security and reliability. The biometric elements include time, speed, geometry and pressure, and offer more precise results when analyzed by handwriting experts and software verification tools than traditional analog signatures.

ViewSonic Electronic Signature & Agreement Solutions (ViewSonic E-SAS) integrate hardware and software, and include consultation on the digitization of business processes. ViewSonic E-SAS leverages technologies customized for industries such as banking, insurance, telecommunications and healthcare. The integration with the Namirial software suite delivers digital trust services for compliance and efficiency in any instance, as well as seamless integration into existing system environments, according to the announcement.

“We have seen an enormous demand in finance, healthcare and other industries looking to migrate core business processes from paper to digital in all of their channels. The physical aspect has proven to be the most challenging,” said Kevin Chu, Director, Strategic Partnerships at ViewSonic, in a prepared statement. “Through the collaboration with Namirial, we can address this demand in delivering compelling omnichannel signature experiences with 100 percent on-premise deployment. The ViewSonic E-SAS solution helps companies to accelerate their onboarding and contracting processes, reduce signature acquisition cost, improve conversion rate, and significantly enhance customer satisfaction.”

With the offering, ViewSonic and Namirial provide omnichannel scenario assistance with software and hardware technologies for electronic signature creation, in-person signing and remote online engagement on virtually any device.

“ViewSonic is one of the leading providers of pen input technology and hence a natural fit as one of the key providers of signature capture hardware for Namirial and our customers and partners. We are excited about this new chapter in our collaboration, as well as our growth in the American market together,” said Luigi Tomasini, Board Member and Internationalization Manager of Namirial, in a prepared statement.
