Iris ID, Trust Stamp and Secure Planet represent biometrics industry on prestigious Inc. 5000 list

Several companies providing biometrics and digital ID technologies have made the latest edition of the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private businesses in the U.S. for 2020. Qualifying companies must earn at least $2 million in revenue in the prior calendar year. The combination of the revenue qualification and growth rate makes placement impressive both for more established companies like Iris ID, and for newer entrants like Trust Stamp and Secure Planet.
Iris ID is ranked 2,947 with a 134 percent growth rate over the last three years for it biometric iris recognition platform, which is used in thousands of locations to authenticate the identity of more than 500 million people.
The company was founded in 1997, and its platforms are used for biometric access control, identity verification and time and attendance in markets including transportation, healthcare, immigration, finance and national ID.

Trust Stamp comes in at number 771 on the list with 615.07 percent growth in the last three years. During that time, the company has added more than 50 team members in 5 offices around the world, expanded its partnerships and entered new verticals.

The company is planning to accelerate its growth in 2020 as it prepares to seek a listing on the Euronext Dublin market under the ticker symbol AIID.
Secure Planet is number 381 on the Inc. 5000 list, with a spectacular three-year growth rate of 1201.49 percent.

Secure Planet, which is a sister company of Ideal Innovations Inc. (I3), is also among 92 teams with technology selected to move forward in the “Base of the Future” challenges being run by the U.S. Air Force and the Department of Defense, according to an announcement by AFWERX.
The agencies selected 374 proposals from more than 1,500 online submissions for restoring the Tyndall Air Force Base with advanced technologies to address one of six challenges.
In the base access category, Secure Planet’s FacePass facial recognition solution was chosen for secure and convenient access control. Technologies from Idemia National Security Solutions (NSS) and Leidos were also selected in the category.
