VoiceVault appoints Tim Furnell as CTO
Voice Vault has just announced the appointment of Tim Furnell as the company’s new Chief Technology Officer.
“We’re delighted to have Tim on board,” Andrew Lawson, President and CEO said. “He’s joining our team at an exciting point in our growth and will strengthen our leadership position and executive team. His experience and ideas are going to help take VoiceVault voice biometrics to the next level.”
Furnell comes to VoiceVault from iTm solutions where he was CTO. Before iTm, he held a role at Microsoft managing significant Tier-1 development departments.
Furnell will be responsible for defining and delivering VoiceVault’s voice biometric technology strategy and vision.
Reported previously, VoiceVault recently launched the launch of its voice biometric financial services mobile app by a top-three global US financial institution.
In June, the company, along with GEO Semiconductor and SpeechFX, launched a new home automation technology – Granta – which includes the company’s voice biometric technology.
