A-T Solutions acquires GreenLine Systems

 

A-T Solutions has announced that it has acquired GreenLine Systems, a technology company specializing in risk management for government work around the maritime and cross-border movement of vessels, goods and people.

The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

“GreenLine Systems shares our commitment to excellence and customer mission success,” Dennis Kelly, president and CEO of A-T Solutions said. “We believe their high-quality enterprise software solutions and subject matter expertise in maritime, transportation security and border protection will give our combined team a broader range of technology solutions to meet the continuously changing needs of our customers in the U.S. and around the world.”

A-T Solutions specializes in counterterrorism technology, as well as forensics and biometrics.
