FPC chairman reduces ownership

Fingerprint Cards AB (FPC) announced that chairman of the board Urban Fagerstedt has reduced his ownership of the company by selling some of his shares.

Former FPC CEO Johan Carlström has, through the company, acquired 2.92% of class-A shares in Sunfloro AB from Fagerstedt.

As a result of this transaction, Fagerstedt’s ownership in Sunfloro AB has been reduced to less than 10%, which means that he is no longer considered a major shareholder in Fingerprint Cards AB.

Despite this, FPC said that in his capacity as chairman of the board of Fingerprint Cards AB, Fagerstedt remains a registered insider in the company.

Previously reported, Fingerprint Cards (FPC) announced that an exercise of warrants has resulted in its share capital increasing from SEK 253,600 (US$30,000) to SEK 12,647,827 (US$1.5 million) at the end of October.
