FPC touch fingerprint sensors featured in new Pixel phones by Google

 

Google’s new Pixel and Pixel XL smartphones feature the FPC1025 touch fingerprint sensor from Fingerprint Cards (FPC).

“We are proud to be selected by Google to supply our FPC1025 touch fingerprint sensor in their innovative new Pixel and Pixel XL Smartphones powered by Android 7.0 Nougat,” said Christian Fredrikson, CEO of Fingerprint Cards. “FPC1025 supports 360-degree finger rotation capability, unsurpassed biometric performance, fast response time and industry leading 3D image quality.”

Earlier this week FPC announced that the new Coolpad Note 5 Beast, Xiaomi Redmi 3S Plus and BQ Aquaris U Plus devices feature its FPC1035 fingerprint touch sensor.
