NextGate bringing its facial recognition-based patient ID solution to HIMSS17

 

NextGate will be showcasing its vendor neutral biometrics patient ID solution at this month`s HIMSS17 healthcare IT conference.

The healthcare technology company will demonstrate the neural network and machine learning capabilities of its new facial recognition software as an innovative approach to improve record matching accuracy and efficiency and also present customer-proven approaches to universal patient and provider identity management.

NextGate’s facial recognition software – developed to aid in patient safety, improve the speed and accuracy of matching duplicate records and decrease fraud at registration – is offered as an integrated component to the NextGate Enterprise Master Patient Index (EMPI) product or as a standalone solution.

This year`s HIMSS conference will bring together 40,000+ health IT professionals, clinicians, executives and vendors from around the world and features more than 300 education programs including keynotes, thought leader sessions, roundtable discussions and workshops. The show floor includes more than 1,200 vendors showcasing cutting-edge health IT products.
