Retail smart terminals provider Telpo turns 20 this month. The ODM service expert offers point-of-sale terminals, biometric cash registers, face recognition machines, self-service kiosk and bus ticketing machines.

The Guangdong, China-headquartered company reports that it has exported more than three million smart terminals, serves over 100 countries and regions, and generates $60 million in user value. Telpo customers include those in government, finance, retail, tax control, biometric security, education, medical and more.

Telpo recently registered its trademark in Nigeria and Brazil. In March the company launched a face recognition development kit for Android and last month announced it was looking to expand its developers ecosystem.
