Paul Sheldon Foote, Ph.D., is a Professor of Accounting at California State University, Fullerton. He has worked internationally as a manager for multinational enterprises, fraud auditor, seminar leader, consultant, and as an expert witness. Dr. Foote’s publications have included biometrics, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, ERP systems, and forecasting topics. Sumantra Chakravarty, PhD, is an educator and administrator with experience as a university professor, an engineer and line manager for a corporate organization as well as exposure to multiple academic disciplines. Sumantra currently teaches accounting at the California State University, Fullerton. He is listed as a co-inventor of four US patents in cellular communications and has multiple publications in refereed journals, conference proceedings, and the Wiley Encyclopedia of Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
