As the leader of Tressler’s Privacy Practice Group, Todd Rowe has steadily become more involved in emerging privacy issues, including litigation of biometric data collection. In particular, Todd has been advising his insurer clients on the Illinois Biometric Act and similar laws for a number of years. Todd has authored a number of articles and given presentations on the development and application of the Illinois Biometric Information Protection Act.
