ISS introduces workforce management solution with biometric terminals

ISS announced it has launched ISS SAMAY WEB, a web-based desktop workforce management software integrated with HID Lumidigm biometric terminals.

The solution is designed and deployed to ensure ISS’s consistency in its portfolio of products.

ISS SAMAY WEB helps to increase an HR department’s efficiency and ability to monitor financial savings.

The intuitive software allows management to seamlessly schedule shifts, monitor the clock in and clock out and break times of employees, set holidays, identify overtime, access employee records — all on the web.

Additionally, department personnel and supervisors are able to verify the hours captured on ISS HID Lumidigm biometric terminals that can be validated with time, date and department location.

Human resource departments are able to configure integration with their payroll systems, allowing data to be automatically fed to backend systems.

The demo version of ISS SAMAY web based software is now available and offers a range of features, including employee records and documents, shift scheduling, leave and on duty management, industry standard attendance reports, and device managements (multiple locations).

Previously reported, ISS announced it has launched its compact biometric terminal LM Mini integrated with HID Lumidigm and iClass SE readers.
