Crossmatch settles patent infringement lawsuit against Integrated Biometrics

 

Crossmatch has agreed to settle a complaint filed in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware in May 2017 against Integrated Biometrics, LLC related to alleged infringement of Crossmatch patents 9,280,695; 7,203,344; 7,277,562 and 6,483,932.

Crossmatch will grant a royalty-bearing license payable by Integrated Biometrics based on its past and future sales.

According to the settlement agreement, the parties are requesting that the District Court dismiss with prejudice all claims brought by Crossmatch against Integrated Biometrics.
