Suprema picks up Detektor Best Product Award
Suprema has been recognized with the ‘Best Product Award’ in the ID & Access Control category at the Detektor International Awards 2017. Best Product Awards were awarded for ID & Access Control, Alarm & Detection, Video Surveillance and IoT Security.
The annual Detektor International Awards is an independent program that recognizes manufacturers displaying the innovation and originality in the opinion of Detektor’s international team of jurors.
“The world’s fastest facial recognition terminal and the first to support Bluetooth – shows Suprema’s commitment to maintaining its leadership in the global biometric access control market,” said the jury of Detektor International Awards 2017.

Earlier this month, Suprema hosted its ‘Suprema Global Partner Program (SGPP) 2017’ conference in Phuket, Thailand for more than 90 executive-level participants from 50 countries including key regional distributors, system integrators and strategic partners.
This year’s program covered 2018 new products showcase, R&D roadmap and best practice presentations from partner companies.
The SGPP is Suprema’s annual program for global partners. During this year’s event, Suprema demonstrated CoreStation, an intelligent biometric access controller, and BioEntry P2, the company’s 2nd generation fingerprint access reader. Exclusive to the SGPP, Suprema also showcased prototypes of its new outdoor fingerprint terminal, new range of RF readers and biometric mobile credential technologies.
The Suprema Global Partner Program (SGPP) was first hosted in 2010. Suprema has a plan to extend its Global Partnership Program as a tool for distributor training and developing joint marketing strategies with its partners. Founded in 2000, Suprema now has more than 1,000 customers in over 130 countries worldwide.
