SecureAuth reports Q4 success, 100 percent growth estimated in 2020

SecureAuth saw strong growth in the second half of 2019 following leadership changes and a new focus on enterprise identity security, estimating 100 percent growth in 2020, according to a company statement.

The company claims Q4 2019 was very productive due to its shift to identity security opportunities, which led to a number of strategic partnerships and alliances, product augmentations and industry recognition.

“The first half of 2019 was transformative for SecureAuth, as we divested non-identity related businesses to allow us to focus on the high growth identity security market fully,” said Martin Savitt, who was appointed CEO in Q4. “This strategy is already delivering results as evidenced by adding three of the top five US Airlines, and two out of three top Health Insurance Companies in the country as SecureAuth clients.”

Savitt delivered great results within the first few months as CEO, the company claims, with extensive investment in product development and new hires. A new CISO & Chief Evangelist and a new Chief Customer officer have joined the team.

“I am excited about the explosive growth opportunities in customer identity and SecureAuth is uniquely positioned to solve the complex security challenges our customers face while reducing business execution friction associated with traditional identity and access products,” added Savitt. “With more than 600 customers across the globe and a team of over 225 dedicated identity professionals, SecureAuth is solving some of the most complex identity challenges for some of the largest organizations in the world.”

In 2019, SecureAuth signed two of the three top health insurance companies and three of the five main U.S. airlines. It currently boasts over 600 customers globally and a 62 percent increase in product and engineering staff. SecureAuth released the Identity First Partner Program in support of enhanced Partner strategy and the SecureAuth Intelligent Identity Cloud.

In June, it enhanced its hybrid access management solution to enable organizations to deploy the same identity security capabilities in the cloud, on-premises, or in a hybrid architecture. SecureAuth delivers more than 30 authentication methods provided in addition to AI based pre-authentication protection for advanced fraud detection.

The company received a U.S. Patent for Identity Based Certificate Management, adding to its over 30 identity security and authentication patents.

SecureAuth was recognized by Kuppinger Cole as Overall leader, Product leader and Innovation leader in its annual Leadership Compass report on Consumer Authentication, by Gartner in its annual Access Management Magic Quadrant research report and in its Peer Insights Customer Choice for Access Management, Worldwide, by CRN on its 2019 CRN Security 100 list, and by SC Media in its Trust Awards for Best Authentication Technology.
