Join the European Association for Biometrics (EAB) for a free online seminar about fingerprints in forensic verifications with Prof. Martin Drahansky from Brno University of Technology, Faculty of Information Technology (BUT FIT).

The presentation will deal with the methods of fingerprinting, digitization and processing for the creation of fake fingerprints (PAD), the extraction of features and their use for generating synthetic fingerprints including damage simulation. Fingerprint damage detection will also be reviewed.

Prof. Martin Drahansky has focused on areas related to biometric systems and IT security. His thesis was focused on generating cryptographic keys from fingerprints.

Attendance is free but registration is required. Registered participants will receive dial-in credentials in the morning of the event.
