Nice Systems wins best of show at FinovateFall 2014 for voice biometrics authentication solution

Nice Systems announced it was awarded “Best of Show” at FinovateFall 2014 for its real-time voice biometrics authentication demonstration.

Held in late September at the New York Hilton Midtown in New York City, FinovateFall 2014 is a demo-based conference devoted to banking and financial technology.

The Nice real-time authentication solution verifies customers’ identity as they converse with an agent, using their voice as a unique identifier. As a result, customers do not have to remember any PINs, passwords, or key phrases.

Nice’s patent-pending seamless passive enrollment process generates a voice print from the customer’s previous call recordings to automatically confirm the caller’s identity.

Cutting down the average handle time by up to 45 seconds per call, Nice real-time authentication is currently being used by many large financial institutions around the world.

Best of Show winners were chosen by the 1,500 attendees who voted for their three favorite company demos among the 70 demonstrations over the course of two days.

Nice was among the top seven companies who were recognized as Best of Show winners.
