TT Services appoints key executives to expand biometric enrolment capability
Integrated visa processing solutions firm TT Services recently made a series of appointments in an effort to expand its biometric enrolment capability.
In addition to these appointments, TT Services has established itself as a biometrics center of excellence and developed many key industry partnerships.
“The TUI Group purchase has enabled us to benefit from the size, scale and experience of this over 18 billion Euro global organization that deals with 30 million travellers annually,” said Debbie Brockbank, managing director of TUI Group, the parent company of TT Services. “We have made large investments in new biometric and shared services solutions, and over the past twelve months have recruited industry specialists to build a truly innovation-driven service.”
TT Service’s recently named biometrics authority Bill Sillery to lead the organization’s biometrics push.
Sillery previously served as a senior advisor to Citizenship and Immigration Canada for its Temporary Residents Biometric Project, as well as a solution architect for the UK visa biometric enrollment system and National Identity Cards scheme.
Additionally, TT Services recently appointed former diplomat Nicholas Dynon to spearhead the organization’s business development activities in Australasia.
Dynon has an extensive immigration background as a civil servant, community sector volunteer, and consultant, having served with the Australia’s Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) as a diplomat in Shanghai, Beijing and Fiji.
TT Services has built up a track record of over 5 million applications throughout its global operations, with a portfolio ranging from face-to-face services within dedicated visa application centers to information and document management solutions.
With a strong presence across Asia Pacific, South Asia and the Middle East, the organization has successfully delivered regional immigration contracts for governments worldwide.
