VoiceIt intros voice biometrics plug-in for Avaya VOIP platform

VoiceIt Technologies announced that it is now offering a plug-in for the Avaya Aura Orchestration Designer, which enables all VoiceIt developers to quickly embed voice biometrics authentication.

By combining the use of voice biometrics with the Avaya VOIP platform, VoiceIt is offering several security opportunities.

For example, a banking customer seeking to access their account via phone can use the Avaya platform with the VoiceIt plugin. In doing so, the bank can verify that the caller is the account holder via a multi-factor authentication system, which includes their account information and voice biometrics.

As the Avaya platform continues to grow in popularity, the new VoiceIt security option will continue to benefit a wide range of use cases.

The Avaya VOIP platform is currently used by organizations at over one million locations around the world, in solutions ranging from banking to apartment security.
