ImageWare to issue Q1 2018 results May 10

ImageWare will issue its Q1 2018 results shortly after close of market on May 10, 2018 and will host an investor update conference call the same day at 4:30pm ET. Management’s discussion will include a review of first quarter results, the company’s direct sales efforts as well as partner sales efforts.

A couple of weeks ago, ImageWare distributed a release letting investors know that the company had recently signed some major new contracts.

According to the company, a federal government client has purchased an additional $730,000 worth of licenses. Some of its partners have also been making sales, including one to a privately held global corporation for an enterprise wide deployment to 55,000 employees over the year; a sale of a new cloud-based product to two federal government agencies for use by select employees, and; a purchase by Fujitsu for licenses for 1,000 employees.

The company noted that on all four of these sales ImageWare will generate revenue on a per user/per month basis.
