Precise Biometrics CFO resigns
Precise Biometrics announced today that CFO Göran Thuresson has decided to leave the company and that it will start looking for a successor immediately. Thuresson, who is returning to the role of interim consultant, will continue on as CFO until a successor is found.
“Göran has in the best of ways contributed to the development of Precise Biometrics,” commented Torgny Hellström, chairman of the board of directors at Precise Biometrics. “I would have preferred for Göran to stay in the organization, but respect his decision.”
Håkan Persson resigned as CEO in January and Hellström assumed the role of acting CEO until incoming CEO Stefan K Persson takes over August 1.
The company recently announced net sales growth of 9.2 percent in net sales revenue for Q1 2018.
