Mobile fintech provider Entersekt has announced the addition of digital identity and business development expert Jennifer Singh to support strategic business development in the United States.

According to the announcement Singh has more than a decade of experience in business development and product management across the financial industry with her most recent role specializing in digital identity. Singh has held leadership positions at Thomson Reuters, TD Securities, and Callidus Capital Management, which was later acquired by Blackstone Group’s GSO Capital Partners.

“Consumers are reliant on web and mobile channels more than ever,” said Singh. “With breaches continuing to be a common occurrence, they need a way to assist in the digital security and recovery process. I’m elated to be joining Entersekt to help consumers and financial institutions alike manage sensitive personal data and payments more securely and with greater ease.”

“We are thrilled to have Jennifer join our team to continue our business expansion across the United States,” added Sherif Samy, SVP North America at Entersekt. “With her experience in strategic product management and digital identity, we see Jennifer’s strengths aligning perfectly with Entersekt’s mission to enable engaging new digital experiences on an industry-leading mobile identity platform. We look forward to seeing her expertise in action as we continue moving forward.”

In December Entersekt announced that its 3-D Secure 2 access control server had been certified for card-based ecommerce transactions by EMVCo.
