NICE to showcase voice biometrics and present on improving customer experience at Call Center World

NICE will present a seminar on improving customer experience with data analytics at the upcoming Call Center World (CCW) 2019 event in Berlin.

The seminar, titled “How you can achieve organizational change and a better customer experience with interaction analytics,” will be presented by NICE Presales Engineer Dr. Uwe Lay as part of the CCW education program. Dr. Lay will explain the importance of analyzing digital channels for a complete understanding of the customer journey.

The company will also showcase its Real Time Authentication (RTA) end-to-end authentication and fraud prevention product, which leverages voice biometrics and phone number validation, along with other technologies for robotic process automation, workforce optimization, and compliance.

Swiss bank PostFinance recently integrated NICE’s RTA with its call center operations to protect customers from identity theft and account takeover.

CCW 2019 takes place February 18 to 21 at the Estrel Congress Center in Berlin.
