ImageWare hosting full year 2018 investor update April 1

ImageWare Systems announced today that it will file its Form 10-K after the close of market on April 1, 2019 and will host an investor update call the same day at 1:30pm PT to review its full year results for 2018.

A replay of the recorded call will be available for 90 days on the company’s website.

ImageWare recently disclosed that its GoVerifyID platform will be part of a solution for ensuring compliance with 21st Century Cures Act. The company also revealed that it has reached an agreement to provide its multi-modal Biometric Engine for user authentication to a major telecommunications company, beginning with an initial phase in a geographic region with 30 million users.

Earlier this month at the RSA Conference ImageWare introduced its new Digital Identity Platform.
