Plurilock, ForgeRock welcome new team members to grow digital identity businesses

Plurilock Security Solutions has added a U.S.-based team of professionals with extensive experience to its North American Sales operations unit to boost sales of its behavioral biometrics authentication products in banking and financial services industries, the company announced.

“We’re excited to have a new team of high-performing sales professionals join us—and excited that they know the industry and its key players inside and out,” says Ian Paterson, CEO of Plurilock, in a prepared statement. “Our growth in North American financial markets is accelerating, and this is an aggressive step to ensure that this acceleration continues.”

Plurilock welcomed a senior account executive and a sales development representative based in New York City and Boston metropolitan areas. Team expansion followed the company’s recently announced intention of going public this year.

Last year, Plurilock launched its next-generation multi-factor authentication platform for Citrix, web, and enterprise environments, ADAPT MFA.

ForgeRock appoints new CTO

ForgeRock has named digital identity and security veteran Eve Maler as Chief Technology Officer to further enable innovation, the company announced.

“Eve brings exceptional leadership and vision to ForgeRock as we continue to help people to safely and simply access the connected world,” said Fran Rosch, CEO of ForgeRock, in a company announcement. “She’s been at the table advancing industry standards such as SAML, XML and of course, User-Managed Access. Her deep expertise in identity, security and privacy is unmatched. I’m thrilled to have her take on this role.”

Prior to being appointed CTO, Maler joined ForgeRock in 2014 as VP of Innovation and Emerging Technology. In her new role, she will lead investigations and innovative approach prototyping to help customers solve their identity challenges.

Before joining ForgeRock, Maler worked at Sun Microsystems and was an analyst for Forrester Research. Internationally recognized as a strategist, innovator and communicator, Maler founder the working group for the SAML identity federation standard and mentored forums such as UK Open Banking and the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology.

“I am honored to contribute at ForgeRock as CTO,” said Maler, in the statement. “The possibilities of the ForgeRock Identity Platform are endless in connecting everyone safely and simply. That really speaks to me, and I’m excited about further elevating ForgeRock’s mission and extending its identity industry leadership.”

ForgeRock has also appointed Allan Foster as chief evangelist.

In March, ForgeRock appointed Renee Beckloff as VP of Cloud Success and Sudhakar Peddibhotla as VP of Engineering for Autonomous Identity to continue the solution’s innovation.
