Speech Technology Center’s voice biometrics and analytics migrate to cloud for SMB offering

Speech Technology Center’s voice biometrics and analytics migrate to cloud for SMB offering

Speech Technology Center has migrated its voice biometrics and speech analytics technologies to the cloud so the SMB segment can now benefit from the same product offering as enterprises, the company announced.

Banks, clinics, drugstores and online shops are actively using call centers to process requests about goods and services, and Speech Technology Center is offering its voice services to automate customers’ retail and e-commerce delivery and call center services.

Speech technologies from the company recognize free speech, classify voice calls, identify script and intonation compliance and analyze customer satisfaction and dialogue to reduce workload and improve service quality. Algorithms analyze voice calls that are converted into text and point out critical points. A bot that uses speech based on next-generation synthesis can provide a standard request list.

“Speech Technology Center has been developing speech technologies for 30 years. Today we offer one of the best ASR and TTS — automated speech recognition and synthesis solutions,” said Dmitriy Dyrmovskiy, CEO of Speech Technology Center, in a prepared statement. “The advantage of our synthesis is a coherent intelligible speech that comes very close to matching that of a human natural speech. Today, when the load on contact centers has increased many times over, modern innovative solutions based on artificial intelligence assist in alleviating the burden, and a speech analyst is one of them.”

“The migration of our voice analytics to the cloud changes the way Speech Technology Center delivers its expertise to customers: everything that was previously available for enterprise segment is now available for SMB, which helps business adapt, and we are pleased to support this process on a technological level,” Dyrmovskiy added.

Technology developed by Speech Technology Center has already been implemented in large-scale projects for VTB and Gazprombank. Speech Technology Center facial biometrics were recently implemented at FC Zenit’s new home stadium.

The company, which is a subsidiary of Sberbank, has been recognized by industry leaders in the Call Center Guru Awards ‘Crystal Headset’.

Voice falsification detection and speech recognition solutions by Speech Technology Center hold leading positions in the world ratings of NIST, ASVspoof Challenge, VOiCES, and CHiME Challenge, according to the announcement.
