VoiceKey now compatible with Avaya contact center solutions

 

The Speech Technology Center has announced that its VoiceKey voice biometrics app is now compliant with key contact center solutions from Avaya.

“I am delighted that our VoiceKey voice biometrics applications has been rated Avaya Compliant,” Ivan Veresov, COO for Voicekey said. “VoiceKey’s flexible applications platform provides organizations using Avaya Aura Experience Portal with additional options to protect their customer’s confidential information.”

Specifically, VoiceKey’s biometric solution for call centers, IVR and mobile aplpications is now compatiblw tieh Avaya Aura Experience Portal 6.0 and Avaya Aura Communications Manager 6.3. STEC is also now a technology partner in the Avaya DevConnect program – an initiative to develop, market and sell innovative third-party products that interoperate with Avaya technology.

According to the company, as a Technology Partner, STC is eligible to submit products for compliance testing by the Avaya Solution Interoperability and Test Lab. There, a team of Avaya engineers develops a comprehensive test plan for each application to verify whether it is Avaya compatible.

“STC’s VoiceKey solution has undergone rigorous interoperability testing. By working with companies like STC to ensure compatibility, Avaya customers can choose from hundreds of third party applications and deploy them with confidence,” Eric Rossman, VP, Developer Relations at Avaya said.
